FURTHER EXPLANATIONS ON THE GROWING FLOODING ISSUEA IN GRAHAME PARK
To date:- February 2025
On behalf of residents in the Strands, Clayton Field, and Field Mead areas, we have submitted a formal Stage One complaint to Barnet Council. This complaint addresses the ongoing works by Thames Water and Affinity Water, demanding a comprehensive update and immediate action to resolve the severe issues impacting our community.
Numerous homes have experienced significant flooding, and many households are suffering from sewage blockages, resulting in sewage backups into bathroom sinks. These conditions are unacceptable and pose a serious health and safety risk.
Additionally, we have raised concerns regarding the felling of trees on the Clayton Field side. We are seeking clarification and justification for these actions.
We are committed to pursuing this matter until a satisfactory resolution is achieved and will continue to provide updates to residents.
UPDATE: We are still chasing up information regards drainage and sewage issues. Apologies for delay to concrete information

ALL CHANGE
SUBCOMMITTEE
**TENANTS MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONS**
**HOMEOWNERS COMMITTEE**
Following the initial success of Little Strand Steering Group, we are branching out into estate wide sub committees to allow groups to represent themselves in a legally recognised manner.
It is time for the council to hear how Grahame Park residents wish to manage their estate.
The residents are best placed to clean up, and change the narrative to truly represent what this neighbourhood is all about.
We also hope to encourage:-
- The teens and young adults projects and events
- Community projects
IF ANYONE WANTS TO BE A PART OF ANY SUB COMMITTEE
GROUP PLEASE GET IN TOUCH VIA OUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Colindale North Police Panel
Every two to three months Colindale North is proud to announce that we represent our Resident Association at our local Police ward panel.
This ensures that we have a voice at the table of any important issues that we feel important to raise with the local police.
