Planning and development that prioritizes the existing Residents and their neighbourhood: 
We advocate for thoughtful refurbishment and retrofit regeneration that benefits existing residents.
Community Voice: 
Join our conversation and help shape the future of Grahame Park.
Security & Safety First: 
Work with authorities and the police to reduce crime and improve public safety.
Addressing Parking Concerns: 
We're actively working to find solutions for parking challenges

How we shape our representation in Grahame Park

 Setting up our local resident Steering Group

We  have established Little Strand Steering Group to redress the lack of engagement during the planning process of the new development phase. 

 

More ideas for new Steering Groups include:-

  • The teens and young adults projects and events 
  • service charges and maintenance programme
  • Planning proposals
  • Community projects

TPAS: the organisation that has been the gamechanger in helping us as an association engage within our community and local authority

Tpas are England’s leading tenant engagement experts.

They are a not-for-profit organisation and have been representing members across England since 1988.

They promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England. 

They also help residents who live on estates sharing communal external space with tenants.
