Key topics addressed:

  • Navigating Regeneration: We are exploring the various challenges and opportunities associated with the ongoing regeneration efforts in Edgware, with a particular focus on parking amenities and their impact on residents.
  • Cadent Works Malpractices: Concerns regarding alleged malpractices at Cadent Works were raised and discussed. Potential solutions and avenues for addressing these issues were explored via our resident advisor
  • Tenant, Leaseholder, and Shared Ownership Concerns: The meeting addressed a range of issues faced by tenants, leaseholders, and residents with shared ownership agreements. This included discussions on rights, responsibilities, and potential solutions.
  • Council & Freehold Land: The discussion delved into concerns regarding the alleged proposed misuse of freehold land by the council and the impact on residents. Potential courses of action will be explored.
  • Service Charges: Questions and concerns surrounding service charges were raised and will be addressed.
