who we are

A community group who got together to create a resident association for residents living in Grahame Park

Our top priority is ensuring your voices are heard.

We believe regeneration should empower, not infuriate, homeowners and tenants. We strive for transparent communication and inclusive decision-making, ensuring resident concerns are addressed, and changes reflect the needs and aspirations of our community. We believe every resident should feel safe, and that they deserve to live in a well kept environment and enjoy a community spirit that derives from this.

Celebrating the Past, Shaping the Future of Grahame Park:

Built in the 1970s, Grahame Park Estate boasts a unique design with spacious, off-road housing and low-rise flats, offering residents a peaceful environment with cleaner air. While the estate has seen developer involvement over the past 21 years, we remain a vibrant community with a strong voice.

Embrace, Enhance, Evolve:

Following the delayed demolition of the Concourse, the council and estate management team were forced to chose regeneration refurbishment and retrofitting, a decision applauded by many residents and would like the council to reflect on what this revision means in future decision making. The beginning refreshed external areas with renewed paving in parts of the Concourse are positive steps forward. However, outdated shop fronts and empty leases currently hold back the full potential of Grahame Park. We aim to address this, working with the council and developers to revitalize the commercial spaces and shed the tired narrative associated with the estate.

External communal areas either side of the Concourse have been neglected and residents would like a renewed focus on caretaking and service charge spend.
